Letter: How can Ernst and Reynolds support Trump?

Sen. Joni Ernst is quoted as saying it's 'critical that Congress has zero tolerance for such inappropriate behavior ('Grassley calls for review of sexual harassment complaint process,” Nov. 23) and Gov. Kim Reynolds has stated, 'It seems pretty self-explanatory that zero tolerance is zero tolerance ('Reynolds: Call out inappropriate remarks,” Nov. 28) in reference to inappropriate sexual behavior.

Both politicians have supported and continue to support Donald Trump. Over a dozen women have publicly accused the president of inappropriate sexual conduct.

Sen. Ernst and Gov. Reynolds, please explain your hypocritical double standard.
