MARIE JEAN (MEYER) RUEGSEGGER
Amana
Marie Jean (Meyer) Ruegsegger, 87, of Amana, passed away Tuesday, June 28, 2016, at Colonial Manor, Amana. A Celebration of Life of being planned for a later date. Iowa Cremation is assisting the family.
Survivors include her children, Sylvia (Ricci) Utley of Cedar Rapids, Gary Ruegsegger of Williamsburg, Ivan Ruegsegger of Atkins, Alan Caise of Valrico, Fla., Bryan Ruegsegger of Cedar Rapids, Brent Ruegsegger of Iowa City and Karla (James) Bryant of Center Point; grandchildren, Darin (Shannon) Utley, Dana (John) Roling, Ronda Utley, Bridget, Trevor and Chad Bryant; also surviving are six great-grandchildren; siblings, Delores Lewis of Wayland and Don Meyer of Amana; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Ruth Ehrman; and brother, Richard Meyer.
Memorials may be given in her name to Essence of Life Hospice or Colonial Manor, 3207 220th Trail, Amana, IA 52203.
