Merrigan, Lucille O.
Lucille O. Merrigan, 86, of Cedar Rapids, died Friday, Sept. 14, 2012, at Northbrook Manor Care Center. Graveside Services: 1 p.m. Tuesday at Cedar Memorial Park Cemetery. Friends may call after noon Tuesday at Cedar Memorial Park Funeral Home.
Survivors include four sons, Michael of Cedar Rapids, Daniel of Chicago, Steven of Fox Lake, Ill., and Timothy of Tomahawk, Wis.; a daughter, Kathleen Merrigan of Seattle, Wash.; seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Lucille was born Jan. 31, 1926, in Dows, to George and Anna Mae Musson. She married Marvin Merrigan on Nov. 26, 1948, in Des Moines. She started her career as an x-ray technician and retired as an administrative secretary at Elmhurst Memorial Hospital in Illinois. Lucille loved investing as a hobby.
