Stotler, Thelma B.
Thelma B. Stotler, 99, a resident of Crestview Acers Care Center in Marion, died Friday, August 20, 2010, in Mercy Medical Center. Her wishes were cremation. There will be no services or visitation. Cedar Memorial Westside Chapel is in charge of the arrangements.
Survivors include a nephew, Steve Howk of California; and a daughter-in-law, Barb Stotler of Marion. Also surviving are several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene; and two sons, Donald and Russell Stotler.
Thelma was born June 11, 1911, in Appanoose County, Iowa, the daughter of Le Loss and Myrtle Taylor Fox. She married Eugene Alfred Stotler on Feb. 23, 1930, in Cedar Rapids. She worked for LeFebure in Cedar Rapids.
