Ramsey, Velma M.
Velma M. Ramsey, 89, of Chester, Calif., formerly of Cedar Rapids, passed away peacefully Dec. 28, 2009, in Chester, Calif., in the presence of her daughters, Donna and Ronna Ramsey.
In addition to her daughters, she is survived by her son, Dennis Ramsey and wife Cheryl of Naples, Fla.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John Robert Ramsey.
Velma was the daughter of Ed and Mary Minor of Cedar Rapids and wife of John “Jack” Ramsey of Mason City.
