Use math to fix speed camera issues

The Cedar Rapids Gazette recently reported city traffic cameras are fining an average of 756 cars each day for speeding. There's a simple arithmetic formula for fixing this.
Double the fines and reduce the number of tickets probably by 50 percent. The remaining speeders must have the bucks to pay the fines based upon an improved economy. It's either that or their foot is glued to the gas pedal.
