JACQUELINE T. YOUNT (NEE REDMAN)

Jackie passed away on Jan. 25, 2019, at age 85. She was born in Marengo, Iowa, to the late Frederick P. and Frances C. Redman (nee Steele). Jackie graduated from Mount Vernon High School in Mount Vernon, Iowa, and since had resided in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. She will be remembered for her love and quick wit.
She is preceded in death by her husband, William E. Yount Jr.; daughter, Laura; and brothers, Dean and Don Redman.
Jackie is survived by her sister, Pamela Musel (Richard); and children, William III (Linda), Bradley (Connie), Linda Bullene (Scott), Brent (Jill) and Lisa Bertelli (Mark); plus a number of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Pius X Catholic Church, 4949 Council St. NE, Cedar Rapids, Iowa, on Wednesday, Feb. 6, 2019, at 10:30 a.m. Interment will be in Marengo Cemetery at a future date.
