UI police identify graduation 'crasher'

University of Iowa police have identified the man who disrupted Saturday's UI College of Liberal Arts and Sciences commencement ceremony by throwing rolls of toilet paper.
Robert F. Koehler, 22, of Iowa City, was charged with disorderly conduct after walked down to the floor of Carver-Hawkeye Arena and began to throw rolls of toilet paper into the air while graduates walked across the stage. Name-reading stopped briefly as security grabbed Koehler and escorted him from the arena.
After the scene had calmed, UI President Sally Mason went to the microphone and was quoted as saying "At least he wasn't naked" before resuming the ceremony.
Koehler was charged with disorderly conduct following in the incident. He is not listed in the University of Iowa directory as being a student.
