A sure-fire solution for no-texting law

Regarding police complaints that it is difficult to enforce the no-texting law while driving: Here is a 'solution” that has worked too well, in my opinion, in targeting those some police selectively target. That solution: Pretend all texters are black. Police around the country have an all-too-well documented history of following those driving while black.
And do with those who are texting while driving, but not breaking any other rules/laws, the same as you do with too many DWBs: become creative and use ruses, such as they drove over the center line and back.
Being that this is Iowa and whites make up the majority of the population, there is a side effect. You inevitably will have dramatically increased the number of whites getting ticketed. And, by treating them as blacks, you would then conduct body and vehicle searches and possibly find illegal drugs on their possession. But not to worry. There will be some who can get off by claiming to be too affluent and their parents did not teach them they cannot get away with everything. As well, you will have white judges who will decide that some whites might not be able to handle prison environments.
Police officials: Think positively. You do have a great deal of discretion. Use it equally against all, and that way even more laws will be able to be enforced.
