Sienknecht, Lyle Frederick
Lyle Frederick Sienknecht, 84, of Clutier died Tuesday, July 28, 2009 at Covenant Medical Center in Waterloo. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday at 10:30 a.m. at Immaculate Conception Church in Clutier, with Father Jerry Blake as celebrant. Interment will follow at St. Wenceslaus Cemetery in rural Clutier. Visitation will be held on Thursday from 4 to 7:30 p.m. at Immaculate Conception Church in Clutier, where there will be a vigil service at 7:30 p.m. Kruse-Phillips Funeral Home, Tama-Toledo is handling the arrangements.
Survivors include a son, Nick (Kathy) Sienknecht of Clutier; two stepchildren, Michael Spores and Rebecca Spores; a stepgrandson Brock Spores; three brothers, Leslie (Pauline) Sienknecht of Clutier, James Sienknecht of Clutier, and Ralph (Pauline) Sienknecht of Clutier; two sisters, Rosie Welton of Cedar Rapids, and Peggy (David) Dvorak of Elberon; and many nieces and nephews.
