Stark, Blake Cameron
Blake Cameron Stark, 19, of Marion, died Tuesday, April 17, 2012, at home. Private family services will be held. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Saturday, April 21, at Murdoch Funeral Home & Cremation Center in Marion.
Blake was born April 22, 1992.
Survivors include his mother, Vanessa Perkins of Cedar Rapids; his father, Steve (Jenni) Stark of Marion; his siblings, Vaniesa Young of Cedar Rapids and Brittan and Matthew Stark of Marion; grandparents, Teresa Stolba of Cedar Rapids, Dennis and Pat Davis of Cedar Rapids and Steve and Madelyn Olson of Marion; and great-grandparents, Leo and Carol Stolba of Marion, Ruth Janey of Cedar Rapids and Ken and Bootie Davis of Cedar Rapids.
Also surviving are his aunts and uncles, Ivis Howard of Atlanta, Ga., Julius Young of Atlanta, Ga., Corey Young of Mobile, Ala., Troy (Trish) Davis of Riverside, Iowa, Kenny (Nancy) Davis of Cedar Rapids, Misty Stark of Cedar Rapids, Natalie Stark of Cedar Rapids, Sara Zahrt of Atkins and Jay (Brenda) Olson of Robins; and numerous cousins and other loving family members and friends.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Chris Stark; great-grandparents, Charles and June Stark, Floyd and Gladys Prusia and Margaret Stolba; and two great-uncles, Kurt Stolba and Daniel Davis.
Blake was employed at Brenneman & Associates.
He enjoyed time spent with friends and being outdoors, especially fishing.
A memorial fund has been established in Blake's honor.
