Students should follow health rules

The Gazette for Jan. 19, section D, depicts “Educating entrepreneurs” at Metro High School. The students
are producing chocolate bars and don't appear to be using any food handling precautions (gloves).
As a part of educating these entrepreneurs, it is important to teach sanitary food handling procedures and the potential medical consequences of improper handling. Maybe also instructing the students about the negative financial implications of a food recall are in order?
