Mysak, Henry A.
Henry A. Mysak, 90, of Springville, passed away suddenly in his home on Oct. 6, 2011. Services: 11 a.m. Monday, Oct. 10, at Murdoch Funeral Home & Cremation Center in Marion, by Pastor Bill Randles. The family will greet friends from 2 to 6 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Burial: Springville Cemetery.
Henry was born July 4, 1921, in Prairieburg, Iowa. He proudly owned and operated Mysak Trucking and farmed most of his life.
He is survived by his children, Dianne Brown, Stephen (Beth) Mysak and Dixie (Mike) Brady, all of Springville; his grandchildren, Shawn Grassfield, Todd, Travis and Troy Mysak, and Stephanie and Shelli Brady; six great-grandchildren; three sons of the heart, John Kraft, Larry Lacey and Frank Moore; and his siblings, Charlie, Francis and Everett Mysak, Emma Wenzel and Dorothy Loehr.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife of 60 years, Juanita; two brothers and two sisters.
Henry lived a full 90 years and enjoyed dancing, coon hunting, and mushroom hunting. His true love was his home, his family and his paint horses.
His grace, smile and the sparkle in his eye will be missed by many. We were so blessed to be able to call him Dad.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in Henry's memory.
