Charlotte Kerowyn Eaves passed away Tuesday, Aug. 16, 2016, at St. Luke's Hospital. Funeral services: 11 a.m. Friday, Aug. 19, at Cedar Memorial Chapel of Memories with visitation one hour before the service. Burial: Cedar Memorial Park Cemetery.
Charlotte was born July 3, 2016, the daughter of Michael and Kristen (Cohenour) Eaves, in Cedar Rapids.
Survivors include her parents; grandparents, Stephen and Ellen Cohenour and Phil and Phyllis Eaves; great-grandmothers, Sherry Schonberg and Vera Leffler; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her great-grandparents, Robert Schonberg, Herman Jr. Leffler, Glen and Mona Cohenour and Mr. and Mrs. Paul Eaves; and cousin, Mason Weeks.
Charlotte, though taken too soon, will always be remembered by her loving family.
A special thank you to the staff of the St. Luke's NICU for their care and efforts for Charlotte.
