A Celebration of the Life of Susan (Suki) Harris Cell will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 8, in the Oaks building at Cottage Grove Place, 2115 First Ave. SE, Cedar Rapids.
A scholarship has been set up for women interested in pursuing a career in public service.
