Upcoming pro-life vigil at Planned Parenthood

I applaud Steven Brody (“Maintain the pro-life momentum,” Sept. 6) for exposing churches that endorse abortion funding in ObamaCare.

The clergy who signed onto the letter went so far as to state that additional restrictions on abortion funding constituted a “serious moral injustice.” Really? Wouldn't killing unborn babies be a “serious moral injustice?”

Planned Parenthood performs the most abortions in the nation. The Planned Parenthood location in Cedar Rapids on 3425 First Ave. SE recently joined Planned Parenthood of the Heartland. Planned Parenthood of the Heartland (PPH) performs the most abortions in Iowa and has rapidly expanded in the past few years. PPH rapidly introduced abortion to facilities that didn't offer them before, including webcam abortions far from medical help when life-threatening complications arise.
