Richard "Dick" D. Moon, 92, of Tipton, passed away Friday, Nov. 11, 2016, at the Iowa City VA Health Care Center. Friends and family may gather at Fry Funeral Home, Tipton, from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 15, for a time of visitation. There will be a Masonic service concluding the service at 7 p.m. Funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 16, at United Church of Christ, with interment to follow at Tipton Masonic Cemetery.
A memorial fund in Dick's honor has been established.
