Kingston Village tax break seems excessive

A Kingston Village project is getting a 10-year tax break, and then renting development units at market rate. So, for 10 years the developer will collect the taxes that he doesn't have to pay.
Explain that to we taxpayers who have to make up the difference. Will it ever end? A shake-up of city government is needed.
