Summer Grace Habner, infant daughter of Johnny Habner and Nicole Fredericks, passed away Friday, May 29, 2015, at St. Luke's Hospital. Visitation will be held from 4 to 6 p.m. Thursday, June 4, at the Cedar Memorial Park Funeral Home. Private graveside service will be held at Cedar Memorial's Garden of Angels.
She is survived by her loving parents; her big sister, Sienna; grandparents, Rodney Fredericks of Davenport, Christine Fredericks of Springville, Stephanie Johnson (Sidney) of Cedar Rapids and John Habner of Iowa City; and many loving aunts, uncles and family members.
She will never be forgotten and will always be in the hearts of her family and loved ones.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Summer's name.
