1 Million Cups to Feature ICAD Group and Slow Money Iowa

1 Million Cups (1MC) will feature Slow Money Iowa and ICAD Group during a one hour presentation and Q&A program tomorrow at the IC CoLab.

1MC will be held from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. on Wednesday, October 16, 2013, at 316 E Court in Iowa City.  During 1MC, local entrepreneurs have 6 minutes to pitch products, ideas, and/or companies and then receive feedback from the audience.  1MC is open to the public and in the past has attracted entrepreneurs, creatives, other startups, and the business community.

The 1MC program rotates every Wednesday between Vault Coworking & Collaboration Space in Cedar Rapids and the IC CoLab in Iowa City.

This Wednesday, October 16, the schedule will include Open Coffee in the morning from 8 – 9 a.m. and 1MC from 9 – 10 a.m.  Open Coffee is an entrepreneurial networking event for the business community, entrepreneurs and creatives to discuss tech news, upcoming events and company accomplishments.

Both events are free and open to the public.
