VIRGINIA MCFATRIDGE Brooklyn Virginia M. McFatridge, 91, of Brooklyn, formerly of Chelsea, died Friday, Jan. 9, 2015, at the Grinnell Regional Medical Center following in a short illness. Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 14, at Hrabak Funeral Home in Belle Plaine, with the Rev. Charles Johnson presiding. Burial will be in Rector Cemetery, Chelsea. A visitation will be one hour before the service. She is survived by two sons, Robert (Sandy) McFatridge of Marion and Richard McFatridge of St. Anne, Ill.; four daughters, Linda Bracy and Patty McFatridge, both of Brooklyn, Sharon (Tim) Siebels of Cedar Rapids and Terry Clark of Centerville; a brother, Earl Hilligas of Baux, Ark.; four sisters, Doris (Larry) Frese of Chelsea, Frances (Bob) Kaufman of Traer and Elsie Blomme and Nancy Masterson, both of Belle Plaine; 17 grandchildren, 35 great-grandchildren and eight great-great-grandchildren.
