Heiden will serve all of Johnson County

I have known Pat Heiden for a long time through various organizations we both belong to, and I came to know her well and deeply appreciate her abilities when I served on the board of Oaknoll Retirement Residence. Through that experience, I witnessed Pat's management skills, her patience to understand details and her process-oriented handling of complicated circumstances. I know her to be a concerned and considerate listener who weighs facts carefully. Using judicious reasoning Pat comes to sound conclusions, and she carries through her decisions with respect and determination.
