What a bittersweet, but delightful, article by Rich and Marion Patterson, 'A rebirth among the rubble” in last Sunday's Gazette. It is very worth the read, the reread, and a post on your refrigerator.
In their enlightening article written following a trip through the woods after the derecho, the Pattersons give us the right kind of hope and inspiration, and remind us that the understory is waiting in line!
Now, lets go plant some trees!
