Paul H. Meeks, 92, died Friday, Feb. 14, 2014, at the Vinton Lutheran Home following an extended illness. Public visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Monday, Feb. 17, at Phillips Funeral Home Chapel, 212 E. Sixth St., Vinton. Private family graveside services will be at Oakwood Cemetery near Shellsburg. Military rites will be conducted by Geo. G. Luckey American Legion Post 57 of Vinton and Iowa Military Funeral Honors.
