Supple, John W. 'Jack'
John W. “Jack” Supple, 75, of Cascade, died 5:25 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 3, 2012, at Jackson Regional Medical Center in Maquoketa, surrounded by his family. Friends and relatives of John may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday at Reiff Funeral Home in Cascade, where a wake service begins at 5 p.m. Services for John will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 7, at St. Peter's Catholic Church in Temple Hill, with the Rev. Douglas Loecke officiating. Burial will be in St. Peter's Cemetery, Temple Hill, with military honors afforded by Cascade American Legion Post 528.
He is survived by a brother, Don (Judy) Supple of Cascade; three sisters, Mary (Roger) Callahan of Colfax, Loretta (Francis) Conner of Lisbon and Alice (Kenneth) Widel of Maquoketa; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and a great-nephew.
