What else did Reynolds think would happen?

The number of abortions last year in Iowa was up 8 percent over the previous year, the first increase we've seen in several years.
This rise is a direct result of Gov. Kim Reynolds and her Evangelical buddies with their rallying cry of defunding Planned Parenthood, which incidentally provides family planning services.
In this case, Reynolds and her friends absolutely got what they requested. It doesn't take a genius to understand cause and effect.
