Letter: Use ticket revenues for road repairs

While we have been showered with facts and figures about the speed cameras, as to the benefits of the cameras there's one big question I have. Where is all that $4 million plus, per year, going?
With many Cedar Rapids streets and avenues being so rough and needing repair, why not put that money back into the streets? I mean to repair the streets. This would be good for many people, instead of just a few.
