Janice Marie O'Dell-Brokaw, 74, died June 29, 2016, at the Oldorf Hospice House.
She is survived by her brother, Ray O'Dell; children, Joanne, Jeff, Julie and Joel; nine grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and nieces, nephews and cousins.
She enjoyed her family, going to casinos, garage sales and doing beadwork. She will be dearly missed.
Graveside services will be held Sunday, July 3, at noon at the Urbana Cemetery. She will be laid to rest next to her husband, John Brokaw. Join the family for a reception at Urbana Christian Church following the graveside.
Memorials may be donated to the Oldorf Hospice House in Hiawatha.
