JUNE E. MOWRY
Lowden
June E. Mowry, 97, of Lowden, died Feb. 2, 2016, at Wheatland Manor Care. A private family celebration of life will be at a later date.
Born June 24, 1918, in Oxford Junction, Iowa, the daughter of Joseph and Vinnie (Tryell) Kulhavy, she married Roy Mowry in 1940. He died April 4, 2005.
Memorials may be directed to the Massillon Cemetery or Lowden Fire and Rescue.
Survivors include her sons, Marlin (Judy) of Lowden and Wayne (Marilyn) of Irving, Texas; a daughter, Lauren Sires of Urbandale; seven grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, brother, Joseph, and sisters, Helen Marek and Esther Woeber.
