MARTEZ RODRECO CEASER Cedar Rapids Martez Rodreco Ceaser, 30, of St. Louis, Mo., formerly of Cedar Rapids, passed away Dec. 9, 2016. Memorial services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 22, at Mount Zion Missionary Baptist Church, by Pastor Damian Epps. Martez was born Sept. 12, 1986, to the union of Rodney and Stephanie Ceaser.
