CEDAR RAPIDS — It's Halloween, which means it's time to put on your costume and head out for some trick-or-treating fun.
It appears Mother Nature is going to cooperate this year with favorable weather.
Today's forecast calls for mostly cloudy skies with a high of 66 degrees and winds out of the southeast at 10 to 15 mph, with gusts up to 25 mph.
Tonight, skies remain mostly cloudy with a low of 56 degrees and winds out of the south at 5 to 10 mph.
