Here's the numbers: Arrests for public intox, OWI in Cedar Rapids yesterday
Cedar Rapids police arrested 23 people for public intoxication, starting yesterday morning and running through 2 a.m. today, according to police logs.
Six people were arrested for operating while intoxicated during the same time frame, according to logs.
