Wildeman, Phyllis Darlene
Phyllis Darlene Wildeman, 83, died Sunday, Oct. 4, 2009, at the Dennis and Donna Oldorf Hospice House of Mercy, Hiawatha, following an aneurysm and stroke. Services: 3 p.m. Thursday at King of King's Lutheran Church, Cedar Rapids, by the Rev. Mark Halvorson. The family will greet friends one hour prior to services at the church.
Survivors include her husband, Hank; her children, Linda (Alan) Anderson of Illinois, Diana (John) Lensch of Marion, Leonard Wildeman of Mexico and Connie Mays of Florida; grandchildren, Camille (Pete) Walker and Adam Anderson of Illinois, Anna (Andrew) Mosier of North Carolina, Erin (Josh) Cullnan of Chicago and Daniel Lensch of Cedar Falls; great-granddaughters, Allison Miller and Sarah Anderson; two sisters; one brother; and five sisters-in-law.
She was preceded in death by her parents and four brothers.
Phyllis married Henry (Hank) Wildeman on Jan. 18, 1945, in Rock Rapids, Iowa. She was a member of King of King's Lutheran Church and resided at Village Ridge in Marion.
