Dalziel, Dean H.
Dean H. Dalziel, 81, of Maquoketa, Iowa, died Monday afternoon, Aug. 12, 2013, at Clover Ridge Place in Maquoketa. A celebration of Dean's life will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 15, from the First United Methodist Church in Maquoketa. Visitation will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at the Carson Celebration of Life Center in Maquoketa. Graveside services and burial will be at 3 p.m. Thursday in the McFarlan Cemetery, What Cheer, Iowa.
Dean is survived by his children, Loni Duncan (Gary Wilkinson) of Oxford, Scott (Michelle) Dalziel of Dunnellon, Fla. and Michelle (Kelly) Sweet of Manchester; six grandchildren, Ashley, Clay, Allan, Danielle, Aubrie and Erin; two stepgrandchildren, Devlin and Brian; three great-grandchildren; two stepgreat-grandchildren; and a brother, Jerry (Marlene) Dalziel of Maquoketa.
