Casinos must earn business

Of course a Cedar Rapids casino would take business from others in the area. But, competition is good for all, especially the customer. There are two casinos in Dubuque and three in the Quad Cities, yet you would deny Cedar Rapids with casinos 50 miles away in four directions? What are they doing for our community?
I still will prefer the Riverside Casino because it's clean with none to little smoke, excellent buffet, connected hotel with shops, pool, spa and top-notch entertainment. Parking is close. Payout seems fair also.
Cedar Rapids must earn my business, not just put up a building.
I am all for a Cedar Rapids casino. A smoke-free site would be a winner.
