Jerald “Jerry” L. Burrack, 73, of Maynard, died Monday, Dec. 5, 2011, at Palmer Lutheran Health Center, West Union. Funeral Service: 10:30 a.m. Friday, Dec. 9, at St. Paul Lutheran Church, Maynard, with the Rev. Ian Wolfe officiating. Visitation: 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the church and after 9:30 a.m. Friday. Interment: Taylorsville Cemetery, Arlington, Iowa. Arrangements by the Jamison-Schmitz Funeral Home, Maynard.

Jerry is survived by his wife, Mary Burrack of Maynard; a daughter, Lori (Larry) Lyon of Waukee; a son, Bryn (Brea) Burrack of Urbandale; five grandsons, Logan Lyon, Lucas Lyon, Lansing Lyon, Grant Burrack and Carson Burrack; a sister, Jeannette (Elmer) Wolfgram of Westgate; a brother, David (Sue) Burrack of Arlington; and many nieces and nephews.
