Calvin Eugene Hook, 86, of Manchester, passed away Tuesday, Aug. 23, 2016, at St. Luke's Hospital in Cedar Rapids, surrounded by his family.
Survivors include his wife, Garneth Hook of Manchester; three daughters, Calleen (David) Adam of Postville, Beatrice (Todd) Wheeler of Arlington and Dawn (Bill) Ross of Manchester; 14 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; and three sisters, Norma Sauerbry of Edgewood, Kathleen (Randy) Waterman of Manchester and Barb Nurre of Elkader.

Funeral services: 10:30 a.m. Friday, Aug. 26, at United Methodist Church in Manchester, by the Rev. Phil Rogers. Visitation: 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 25, at Leonard-Muller Funeral Home in Manchester and one hour before the service at the church on Friday. Interment: Grant View Cemetery, Greeley.
