Kuebler, Donald Grant
Donald Grant Kuebler, 78, of Rogers, Ark., a longtime resident of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, died Jan. 9, 2010, at Circle of Life Hospice in Springdale, Ark. Funeral services were Jan. 13, at Callison-Lough Funeral Home in Rogers, Ark. Burial, with military honors, followed in Fayetteville National Cemetery.
He was born in Cooper, Iowa, on July 20, 1931, to the late Henry and Elsie (Gunion) Kuebler. He served his country in the U.S. Navy and was a member of American Legion Post 100 and the New Hope Church of the Nazarene, both in Rogers. He worked 25 years at the Square D Co.
Survivors include his wife, Helen Kuebler; son, Kent (Debbie) Kuebler of Rogers, Ark.; daughters, Karen (Mark) Ultis of Cedar Rapids, Kahla (James) Gudger of Rogers, Ark., and Kolleen (Alan) Frasure of Bentonville, Ark.; a sister, Darlene Walker; five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Robert Kuebler, and a sister, Fern Eldean.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to American Legion Post 100 in Rogers, the New Hope Church of the Nazarene, or Circle of Life Hospice.
