Letter: Reader shares New Year’s resolution

Now that the new and improved tax package has been approved and jammed down our throats, I have but one New Year's resolution for 2018: to run out of cash and air at precisely the same moment.
A big thank you from this constituent goes out to my Republican congressman and both Republican senators, who routinely have my best interests at heart when it comes to their policymaking votes in Washington.
