Rausch, Merlin John
Merlin John Rausch passed away Thursday, May 31, 2012, at the Guttenberg Care Center. Arrangements are being handled by Tuecke-Allyn Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 207 S. First St., Guttenberg, where the family will receive friends from 2 to 7 p.m. Sunday, June 3, and one hour before services at the church. Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Monday, June 4, at St. John's Lutheran Church, Guttenberg, with the Rev. Shane Anderson officiating. Interment will be at Guttenberg City Cemetery.
Left to cherish the memory of Merlin are his wife of 55 years, Joanne; three children, Steve (Sue) Rausch and Nancy McClellan, both of Guttenberg, and Daryl (Gail) Rausch of Monroe, Wis.; six grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; one sister, Adelaide Bildstein of Dyersville; and many other relatives and friends.
