What is your best-case Big Ten expansion scenario?

Do you want to see the league at 12, 14 or 16 schools? Or at 11, for that matter?
Then, obviously, which school or schools do you want swiped
invited, and why?
Let's try to keep this within the borders of reality. For instance, the University of California-Santa Cruz Banana Slugs will not be wooed by the Big Ten.
Sad, but true.
Santa Cruz, if you must know, would be a far preferable destination than East Lansing, West Lafayette, or even the bucolic wonder that is Champaign-Urbana.
