Letter: Trump coverage is fair, balanced

The June 17 letter 'Reestablish properly balanced journalism” stating that The Gazette and their supposedly 'steady stream of anti-Trump/GOP political cartoons and carefully selected liberal letters” sounds just like one of President Donald Trump's tweets accusing the media of treating him worst than any other president.
The majority of the statements I've read in The Gazette regarding Trump have been very accurate regarding what I've also seen on the national news and hearing Trump's own words. I've always heard that The Gazette was a Republican paper, but reading the letters every morning, I've found them to be equal to liberals and conservatives.
The writer must have had a lapse of memory and doesn't remember all the anti-Obama letters and political cartoons that everyone was bombarded with during his eight years as president.
A president has to have a thick skin and be able to laugh at himself at times and let all the negative talk about them roll right off their backs and continue on with their work. If a person can't handle all of the above then they shouldn't be in office.
