Do not deny science to Iowa students
Matt Brandt

To the editor:
With reference to 'Science standards meet resistance” as published in March 29, I find it outrageous that a small group should attempt to hijack the science curriculum taught to students in the state of Iowa.
Refraining from teaching the validity of evolution and climate change would be an extreme disservice to our students. One cannot expect Iowa students to improve in science by denying scientific fact.
