Iowa football ticket demand surging
The head of ticket operations for the University of Iowa says she thinks season Hawkeye football tickets will be sold out by the end of this week.
Pam Finke is the director of ticket operations for the Iowa City school. She says the university has ticket orders "above and beyond" supply and will have to decision how to handle the overflow. Iowa has received more than 4,000 new season ticket orders.
Finke says the school may have to enact limits or reduce the number of games they can offer to buyers. If single-game tickets are available they will go on sale in July.
The Hawkeyes defeated Georgia Tech 24-14 in the Orange Bowl in January.
