Letter: Campaign is too long and too loud

The April 24 editorial cartoon featuring the bus by Joe Heller does a stellar job of summing up what this presidential campaign has been like. Too long and very much too loud.
We can give the Supreme Court a big 'nanny, nanny, boo-boo” for their decision on Citizens United which opened the spigots of the uber-wealthy and PACs to spend money like crazy. It's corrupting the election process.
Whether Democrat or Republican, there are those with such deep pockets who have turned the process into what it's become. Screaming and yelling over one another, with no real insight on what the candidates believe in or how they will govern. Besides that, we need a term-limited Congress, to stop these ongoing stalemated Congressional sessions. These folks are not doing the job they were elected to do. Last I knew, they were to represent we the people. Not we, the wealthy people who control all.
