New Twins GM Thad Levine to appear at Kernels’ Hot Stove Banquet

CEDAR RAPIDS — The Cedar Rapids Kernels announced Thursday afternoon that three dignitaries have been added to the lineup of people appearing at the club's Hot Stove Banquet, Jan. 25 at Newbo City Market.
New Minnesota Twins General Manager Thad Levine is scheduled to attend the banquet, as are new Kernels Manager Tommy Watkins and Twins Director of Player Development Brad Steil.
Twins outfielder Byron Buxton and pitcher Trevor May already were announced as appearing, as part of the Twins' annual Winter Caravan.
Tickets to the event are available ($40 in advance) through the Kernels.
