Eugene (Gene) Hinman
of Cedar Rapids, formerly of Mount Vernon, passed away Dec. 29, 2017, at Cottage Grove Place. A Celebration of Life will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 27, at Cottage Grove Place, Sedlacek Hall located in the Commons Building. Teahen Funeral Home is serving the family.
Instead of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to Cornell or to Indian Creek Nature Center, where he was a life member.
