Bipartisanship needed to deal with climate change

Watching the Democratic Presidential debates this week, I was happy that everyone spoke up on the critical issue of climate change. I was especially impressed with Jay Inslee, who has made dealing with the climate crisis the centerpiece of his campaign. I was glad to hear Pete Buttigieg and John Delaney specifically mention a carbon fee with a dividend, the most effective and most politically feasible way to dramatically reduce emissions.
Lastly, Delaney mentioned the importance of bipartisanship; I wish more of his colleagues shared that concern. And I hope that more of the Republicans in government will speak out on the importance of this critical, nonpartisan issue; we need all hands on deck!
