Sandra Jongsman, 52, of Dubuque, died Oct. 11, 2012, at her home. To celebrate Sandra's life there will be a memorial service Sunday, Oct. 14, at the Mechanicsville Memorial Building, 102 N. John St., Mechanicsville, IA 52306, from 2 until 4 p.m. Arrangements by Behr Funeral Home, Dubuque.
