Proper protocol not always followed

To the editor:
Isn't it interesting on the subject of the Keystone XL pipeline, the president insists that we work through all the proper channels, follow all the proper protocol, cross all the Ts and dot all the Is. But on the issue of immigration, we (he) must take action immediately (if not sooner).
Looks like this administration's take on the American public parallels that of Obamacare guru Jonathan Gruber, 'The people of this country are stupid, therefore they must be told what and how to think. We know what's best for them.”
